What is Pendleton?
Indian blankets which later became known as Pendleton blankets, were used in the late 1800’s to trade with Native American tribes. Just like Ikat, Pendleton uses a unique style of design and colors. Today Pendleton can be found almost everywhere, from home decor to belts and handbags. Take a look at some examples I found on Etsy:
